Technical data: solvent-free and PVC-free printable polyurethane film, matt, white, laminated on a thermally adhesive layer, which is then laminated on a paper carrier; Thickness (+/-5 %): thermally adhesive layer: 80 microns, paper carrier: 135 microns for cotton - polyester - polycotton - coated nylon/polyester (depending on the chemical composition of the waterproof coating); Transfer conditions: pressure: medium; Hot transfer printing without overlap: coated nylon: 1. First printing: 150 °C/20 seconds, remove tape if necessary, 2. Second printing: 150 °C/10 seconds, protection with baking paper during printing; Other fabrics: 1. For each new fabric, perform a preliminary test, 2. Print and transfer a positive image using solvent/eco-solvent based inks, 3. Protect the ironing tape with baking paper and set the iron to low or medium temperature. Do not use steam.
